What happens if after booking a COVID-19 test I can no longer make my appointment?

If an unforeseen circumstance arises and you cannot attend your appointment, you will have the option to change your appointment, up to 24 hours prior to it, looking for another date on the calendar that suits you better.

Can I cancel the booking and get a refund for the service?

The contracted service can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the appointment.

There is no refund for a cancellation. You can use the service with the balance on account up to 31 December 2021.

What happens if I cancel less than 24 hours’ notice?

If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice and the reason is not duly justified force majeure, the amount of the contracted service will not be refunded and you will not have the right to change the appointment

How can I change the date and/or time of my fit to travel COVID-19 test?

To make any change of appointment, write to us through the form ‘Contact’ indicating in the subject ‘Change of appointment’ or call our customer service+34 918 267 742.
