- That he knows the content and scope of taking samples and the whole process of carrying out the tests: PCR, antibodies (rapid test) and antigens (rapid test).
- That the samples of your body for the provision of the Services are solely and exclusively yours, they have been taken following the instructions of the health worker.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE PROVISION OF THE PCR TEST SERVICES FOR DIAGNOSIS OF THE COVID-19 VIRUS, ANTIGENS AND ANTIBODIES OF THE DISEASE
By accepting the Purchase, the Customer states that they know and accept the following terms and conditions:
- The services provided by RECOLETAS-ARQUIMEA-LABGENETICS-GTT, UTE
Using our service, airport users can undergo the analytical tests to diagnose the presence of viral RNA (PCR) of COVID-19 in saliva or nasopharyngeal samples (PCR), diagnostic test for the presence of viral protein (antigens) of COVID-19 in saliva or nasopharyngeal samples, and serological tests indicating the subject’s immune reaction to the virus causing COVID-19 (antibodies under ELISA or lateral flow cassette). They can then obtain their results on the same day as the sample is taken.
To undergo the tests, an appointment can be booked via the website www.travelcovidtestcenter.com or directly in the premises set up in the selected airport.
At some times, the appointment time can be approximate due to the high flow of people undergoing tests in our centres.
- The results of the services
For rapid antigens or antibodies tests, the results will be available in 15-20 minutes and the results of PCR tests will be available in less than 12 hours*.
*12 hours is an estimated period for results and can vary depending on the volume of tests in the airport/centre and potential incidents over which RECOLETAS-ARQUIMEA-LABGENETICS-GTT, UTE has no control.
- Paying for the services
When appointments are booked in advance, the payment will be made by card via the website www.travelcovidtestcenter.com.
If the Customer comes directly to the premises set up in the selected airport, payments can be made by card and in cash.
- Exchanges and refunds

In no case will the price of the service be refundable. In case of errors exclusively attributable to the provision of the service, the Customer may arrange a new appointment at no cost before 31 December 2021 and with at least 72 hours’ notice of the new appointment date.
The contracted service can be cancelled up to 72 hours before the appointment. Cancelling the contracted service will not give a right to a refund; you can amend your appointment until 31 December 2021.
If the Customer cancels with less than 72 hours’ notice and the reason does not relate to force majeure or a duly justified cause, the amount of the contracted service will not be refunded and they will not be entitled to the amendment of the appointment.
When paying the contracted service you renounce the right of withdrawal and may avail yourself of the provisions of the previous section “Cancellations”, for which you give your express consent to the waiver of the right of withdrawal.
- Liability for damages
If, due to causes not attributable to RECOLETAS-ARQUIMEA-LABGENETICS-GTT, UTE, it is not possible to successfully execute the service, the Parties will endeavour to find alternative solutions; otherwise, it is terminated.
RECOLETAS-ARQUIMEA-LABGENETICS-GTT, UTE will not be liable for any cost generated due to causes not attributable to it.
